Welcome to HiraethLun. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products—including Dresses, Tops, and Pants—you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

By placing an order through HiraethLun, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all purchases. All transactions are subject to product availability and our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including those that appear to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information associated with your email address. However, as HiraethLun does not operate a user center, we will not store personal account credentials beyond what is necessary for order processing. Communications regarding your order will be sent to the email address you provide.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HiraethLun, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase of products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the HiraethLun website—including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software—is the exclusive property of HiraethLun or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your Dresses, Tops, or Pants, you may request a refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Non-returnable items: Final sale items, accessories, and intimate apparel are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued for a promotional item, only the amount paid will be refunded.
  • Defective or incorrect items: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tokyo, Japan.
